![]() ![]() In addition, the District shall comply with the parent’s or adult student’s rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), including the parent’s right to inspect and review the student’s education records maintained by the school, the right to request that a school correct records that are inaccurate or misleading, and rights related to the disclosure of records. Alternate arrangements for classroom time missed for medical appointments, because of periods of high or low blood glucose, or illness related to diabetes.The District must provide the parent of a student with a disability the opportunity to examine all records relating to the student as described in the Section 504 Parent Rights, unless the District has been provided with evidence that there is a court order, state statute, or legally binding document relating to such matters as guardianship, divorce, separation, or custody that specifically revoked these rights. ![]()
